Terms & Conditions

1. General

• By entering this competition, you agree to the Fix Radio Competition Terms and Conditions and the Fix Radio Privacy Policy.

• Entries open at 00:05 on 11/05/2026

• Entries close at 07:00 on 21/05/2026

• One entry per person. Additional entries will be discarded.

• Contestants must be 18 or over and reside in the UK.

2. Entry & Selection

• To enter, participants must complete the registration form located at FixRadio.co.uk

• Each day one contestant will be selected at random to play.

• Selected contestants will be contacted by Fix Radio to record their entry for the competition.

• If a selected contestant cannot be reached, Fix Radio reserves the right to choose a replacement.

3. Gameplay

• Each contestant will be given a topic and must talk about it for as long as possible without hesitation, repetition, or deviation.

• The Bald Builders Breakfast team will adjudicate and determine who has the best performance.

• The contestant with the longest and best performance across the competition period will be crowned Toupret’s Best Filler.

4. Prizes

• £3,000 grand prize for the overall winner.

• £250 for each contestant who plays on air (including the grand prize winner).

• The grand prize winner’s £250 participation prize is included within the £3,000 total.

• Prizes will be paid via bank transfer, and winners must provide valid bank details for payment. Cash or alternative payment methods will not be available.

5. Additional Terms

• The decision of Fix Radio and the Bald Builders Breakfast team is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Fix Radio reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel this competition without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its control.

• The use of 3rd party apps, websites or similar systems to take part in this competition is prohibited and may result in disqualification, even after a contestant has been notified as a winner.

• Employees of Fix Radio, Toupret, and associated partners are not eligible to enter.
