They reflect on their own experiences as apprentices and also give insight into how they work with apprentices and help them find success and a career path in Electrical. Hugo Helms, a former apprentice who qualified in 2023 joins the discussion to give a perspective on the life lessons around conduct that were lacking when he was on his journey to become qualified. Hugo also discusses the current generational divide on site and how to bridge the gap and find some common ground.
